These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Lapak99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the Lapak99 website located at https://lapak99.cam, its subdomains, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").
Lapak99 operates an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving users located in Malaysia, including players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. Our services include live casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, and associated promotional offers denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) and select cryptocurrencies.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

To register and maintain an account with Lapak99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
⚠️ Lapak99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, where fraud is suspected, closure of the account with forfeiture of balance.
Each Player may register only one account on the Lapak99 platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify Lapak99 promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Lapak99 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You agree to notify Lapak99 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
Lapak99 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Requested documents may include a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Lapak99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT). The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50. All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Lapak99 reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative funding methods if a discrepancy is identified between the account holder and the payment source.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed in the order in which they are received, subject to the following standard timelines: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within five minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are processed within five to fifteen minutes; direct bank wire transfers may take up to sixty minutes. These timeframes are indicative only and may vary during peak periods.
All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name that matches the account KYC documentation. Lapak99 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, particularly those in excess of MYR 10,000.
The primary currency of the Lapak99 platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All account balances, transaction records, and promotional values are displayed in MYR unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency transactions will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Lapak99 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) specifies the total amount that must be staked. For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
When bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. Unless the individual promotion specifies otherwise, the standard maximum bet cap while a bonus is active is MYR 250 per round. Bets placed in excess of this cap during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus funds that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as stated per promotion) will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice or compensation.
Lapak99 operates strict bonus abuse detection systems. Any Player found to be exploiting promotions, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or engaging in any form of bonus manipulation will have all bonus funds forfeited and may have their account permanently suspended.
All bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds and availability at the time the bet is confirmed. Lapak99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed when a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Player.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: an obvious pricing error; an event being cancelled or abandoned; manifest technical errors at the time of bet placement; or where Lapak99 determines that the integrity of the event or market has been compromised. Void bets are refunded to the Player's account balance at the original stake amount.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. Lapak99 may adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns, risk management requirements, or identified irregularities.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), AFC Champions League, UFC, badminton, Formula 1, and other markets listed on the platform — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not authorise you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.
The Lapak99 name, logo, and associated brand assets are trademarks of Lapak99. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including in any domain name, social media handle, or commercial communication — is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lapak99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Lapak99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lapak99 makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of platform content.
In the event that Lapak99 is found liable for any loss or damage, the aggregate liability of Lapak99 to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Lapak99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.
Lapak99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
During a period of suspension, the Player's access to games, betting markets, and withdrawal functions may be temporarily disabled pending investigation. Lapak99 will endeavour to complete its investigation and notify the Player of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
Following investigation, Lapak99 may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases involving fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct, any balance associated with the account — including real money deposits, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play are not returnable upon voluntary closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
Lapak99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, Lapak99 may also notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Lapak99 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 above.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Lapak99 is not obligated to provide individual notice of minor or technical amendments that do not materially affect your rights.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Lapak99 platform. By using the Services, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the language of this document — English.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Lapak99 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
Should an informal resolution not be achievable, Lapak99 and the Player agree to pursue dispute resolution in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
